Today we are going to go over some more tips on how to choose the right broker to work with and get your business into high-gear.
When you start talking to brokers, ask them for an opportunity to visit their sales meeting or ask to go on a caravan with them. The whole point of this exercise is to see what the work environment is like and how the people you work with are.One thing to be sure to ask is if they have a mentoring program. Is there going to be someone in the office to help you out as you begin your career? Even the best training isn't sufficient if you don't have someone you can turn to as you are starting your career.
