Think about things that you want to ask and questions that are important to you to make sure you are the right fit for them.Another important aspect to consider is finding the right office environment. You want to be in a place where you feel you fit into the culture best. Each office has its own personality and you want to be in a place where you are comfortable.
Finally, one of the most important aspect of any brokerage company is their training. Once you have your license and are ready to get out in the world, it's very important for you to be with a structured company so you'll get off to a good start.
